Specific hour for which the information is reported. Numeric from 1 - 24 (For daylight-saving crossover days: the long day extra hour = 02X, the short day removes hour 02).

Asset Name

Name of the asset.

Asset ID

Numerical identifier for the asset.

Asset Sub-Type

Specified Load Asset subtype such as;

• LOSSES
• Normal
• Station Service

Location ID

Location Identification Number.

Location Name

Location Name.

Location Type

Node, Zone, Hub or Metering Domain.

Ownership Share

Ownership Share is a right or obligation, for purposes of settlement, to a percentage share of all credits or charges associated with a generating unit asset or Load Asset, where such unit or load is interconnected to the New England Transmission System.

Current Load Asset Reading

The current MW value of the Load Asset.

Share of Current Load Asset Reading

Current Load Asset Reading MW value allocated to Participant based on ownership share.

Submittal Date of Current Load Asset Reading

The submittal date of the Current Load Asset Reading.

Last Billed Load Asset Reading

The MW value of the Load Asset included in the last bill.

Share of Last Billed Load Asset Reading

The Last Billed Load Asset Reading MW value allocated to Participant based on ownership share.

Bill Date

Date of bill containing Last Billed Load Asset Reading.

Changed from Last Billed Load Asset Reading (Y/N)

A flag indicating whether the Current Load Asset Reading has changed since it was included on the bill issued on Bill Date (Value is "Y" or "N").
