Dispatch Zone Determination
This tool will provide the Dispatch Zone for each submitted location. The results will be delivered to the email address provided. The accuracy of the Dispatch Zone will depend on the specificity of the location information provided.

Note: The same logic within this tool will be used at the time of registration. For reliability reasons a validation check on the location will be done for customers with a significant interruptible capability. Disclaimer.

Single Location

Provide as much information of a single location as is known. The more information provided the more accurate the results.

Include dispatch zones within a radius of:
Multiple Locations

Upload a CSV file containing multiple locations (not to exceed 25). In order for the CSV to be processed the data must be formatted specifically. Use the template provided and be sure to follow these rules.
Use a plain text editor

  • First line must be a valid e-mail address (one address only)
  • Data begins in the second row
  • Data must be comma separated (values containing commas will distort the results)
  • Columns are as follows:
    • Street Address (required)
    • City*
    • State (2 character New England state code: i.e., Massachusetts should be 'MA')*
    • Five-digit Zip Code*
    • Radius (optional; not to exceed 100 miles, use whole numbers only)

*NOTE: Either City and State or the five-digit Zip Code must be provided.

Open the template, save it locally, enter location information (using a plain text editor), save it using a new file name and upload it.
